New Digs!

Today I moved into my new apartment in Uptown Charlotte, and it is GRAND.  I said my goodbyes at the hotel, and after 3 hugs and a whispered "TAKE THE ROBE..." from my favorite desk clerk, I was on my way.  I was worried that 5 months and 3 pets worth of STUFF wouldn't fit into the rental car, but by George, it DID (!), and by noon I was moving stuff into the new apartment with the help of my second landlord.  (I need to keep the Brockton apartment for a while.)

The cats found their way around pretty quickly, once the commotion died down...







The chinchilla cage was reconstructed and set in place...



More on the amenities in a bit... for now, time for some spiked cocoa... it's cold!  (15 degrees!)
