Cut your wedge with the pointy knife. Slice the knife through the pulp in the middle like so:
Upend the knife, pointy side down and slowly squeeze the wedge. The surface tension of the juice will cause it to run down the knife to the point, dripping easily into the bottle. Enjoy!

Annndddd... if you're not in a mood to make candy, but have lemon wedges to use up... that slit in the middle of the wedge is a great place to position a lock of winter-drab hair... pull the lock through the wedge... go find some sunshine (or a blowdrier)... yay... sunstreaks!
