Basic 4!

I was in the grocery store today and I found something great.  Something beautiful.  Something I haven't seen in years.  Basic 4 cereal.  I LOVE this stuff.  It's fruity.  And slightly sweet.  And has those little non-sugar bombs...I think it's barley.  I love this cereal!  And a few years ago my home supermarket stopped carrying it.  Then another stopped.  And soon it was nowhere to be found.  I wrote to General Mills asking why...and they replied that it just wasn't popular enough and was going out of production, and they sent me a coupon for Muslix.  I was so sad. 

But then today!  In the south!  The land of Mellow Yellow soda and deep fried butter... it was there, on the shelf, boxes and boxes of it!!  I grabbed one (just one- it is, after all, health food which means it's $5 a box) along with a 6 pack of blue moon (add the orange for vitamins!) and rushed home.  Ohhh it is so tasty... and the orange takes both the bitter out of the beer and adds a wonderful breakfast-like quality. 

If I get sent home I'm shipping a crate with me.  :)
