Pasta Party Charlotte Edition

This superbowl sunday I held a pasta party.  Well, more of a pasta gathering.  I was hoping more people would come... but Christine came with her boyfriend Dan and dammit- we made pasta anyway!!


The dough was rough going- I don't think we added enough eggs.  But the fearless duo managed, and it tasted really light and fluffy, actually. 

On the the Superbowl, the commercials were generally lousy this year, but at least the Saints won.  Christine also won- $300 bucks in the office squares pool!  WOOHOO!
