30-day notice
A quick update: I'm moving! After a more-than-ridiculous exchange between the new landlord and I involving correcting a NY lease for MA, vacations, laziness, and general frustration, today I signed a lease for a new apartment on the other side of the tracks. Jeff and I did a walk down this weekend and he approved of the yard, the fruit trees, the occasional off-street parking, the farmer's porch, the quiet street, and the sunny windows. More images as soon as I find my camera's card reader. Stay tuned!

The new setting sounds blissful - will you have yard access, ability to garden? Don't forget to send new snail info. I think you may be the most crossed out person in my address book!
